JNT Suivi Privacy Policy

In effect October 14, 2026. · Version française

This policy applies to JNT Suivi, the client follow-up app of JNT Productions (9451-1938 Québec Inc.), served at crm.jntproductions.com. It mainly explains what the app does when a person connects their Google account to it. For the jntproductions.com website, the website privacy policy applies.

The access requested from Google

JNT Suivi requests this access only when the person presses "Add a Google account" themselves, and only for the account they choose:

  • The events of their calendars (calendar.events): read, create, edit and delete events, to keep their JNT Suivi calendar and their Google Calendar the same.
  • The list of their calendars (calendar.calendarlist.readonly): the name, color and access level of each calendar, to show them the way Google Calendar does. This access is read-only.
  • Their Google email address (userinfo.email): to know which account is connected and to allow more than one.

JNT Suivi requests no access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or calendar sharing settings.

How JNT Suivi uses it

  • Events from the calendars the person keeps checked show in their JNT Suivi calendar. JNT Suivi keeps a copy: the title, times, all-day flag, description, location, video meeting link, guests' email addresses, reminders, color, and the Google calendar the event comes from.
  • An appointment they create or edit in JNT Suivi is created or edited in the Google Calendar they chose as their main one.
  • Other members of their workspace see "Busy" at those times, with no title, location or description, unless the person chooses to share a calendar with their team. A workspace administrator sees no more than that, neither on screen nor in the workspace data export.
  • If the business offers online booking, the busy times of their calendars remove those slots from its booking page. The public only sees that a slot is not offered, never the event.
  • If they add guests to an appointment in JNT Suivi and choose to notify them, JNT Suivi sends the appointment and the guests' email addresses to Google Calendar, and Google sends them the invitation.

What JNT Suivi never does with it

  • Google data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.
  • It is not sent to any artificial intelligence service and is not used to train any model.
  • It is not passed on to any third party, except the server host, in the appointment message case described below, or when the law requires it.
  • No one at JNT Productions reads it, except with the person's agreement (for example to fix a problem they report), for security, or when the law requires it.

JNT Suivi's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where it is kept, and how it is protected

  • On the JNT Suivi server, rented from Hostinger, in the business's workspace database. Each client business has its own separate database.
  • The token that keeps the Google connection alive is encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Everything travels over HTTPS.
  • A copy of the database is made every night on the same server. The 14 most recent are kept, older ones are deleted.

Disconnecting and deleting

  • Disconnecting the account in JNT Suivi immediately deletes, from the live database, its token and the Google events that came only from that account. Nightly copies still hold them until they are replaced, after 14 nights. Appointments created in JNT Suivi stay there. Nothing is deleted in Google Calendar.
  • Access can also be removed from the Google account, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. JNT Suivi then stops reading and writing in those calendars.
  • To have all of your data deleted from JNT Suivi, write to us at officialjntproductions@gmail.com. Nightly copies are gone after 14 nights.

Other data in the app

A client business puts its own clients' contact details, texts, calls and emails into JNT Suivi. JNT Productions processes them on its behalf, only to run the app. Depending on the features the business turns on, some providers handle them: Twilio for texts and calls, Groq or OpenAI to transcribe call recordings, Stripe for payments, DocuSeal for signatures, and an email delivery service. Events that come only from Google Calendar are not passed to them. A client appointment created in JNT Suivi and then changed in Google Calendar takes its new values in JNT Suivi. If it was moved, any reminder text already scheduled is cancelled rather than sent with the old time. If the business puts the location or the video meeting link in its appointment messages, a message sent through Twilio can carry those values, which may come from Google.
