JNT Productions (9451-1938 Québec Inc.) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and what your choices are.

Information we collect

• The contact information you provide: name, phone number, email address and the details of your request.
• Basic technical data (pages visited, device type) through analytics tools.

How we use it

• To answer your request, provide our services and follow up with you.
• To send you communications by email or text message, only if you consented to them.
• Only with your consent, to measure and improve our ads with Meta or OpenAI (see "What we send when you fill out our form").

Text messages (SMS)

• We send you text messages only if you consented to them (for example by filling out the form at jntproductions.com/textez).
• No SMS opt-in information or mobile consent data is sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
• You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
• Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Cookies and third-party tools

This site uses an in-house, cookieless measurement tool (JNT Productions) to count page views and clicks. With your consent, given in the banner shown on your first visit, it also uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and the OpenAI pixel for ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI, L.L.C.).

• Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<id> and sends Google usage data (pages viewed, device) to measure site traffic. No ad personalization is enabled.
• Meta Pixel sets a cookie named _fbp and sends Meta usage data (pages viewed and actions taken on the site) in order to measure our ads and limit how often they repeat.
• OpenAI Pixel (ChatGPT Ads) sets cookies named __obref and __oppref and sends OpenAI data about visits and qualified requests to measure which ChatGPT ads produce results. Supported information detected in the browser is normalized and hashed before it is sent.

Campaign parameters in the page address, such as the campaign and ad identifiers, are kept in the browser session to connect a request to the right click. They disappear when the session ends, unless you accepted cookies: a copy then stays in your browser and is used for 30 days to connect a later request to the same click. "Decline" erases that copy.

If you switch languages with the FR / EN button, that choice is kept for one year in a cookie named jnt-lang, so the site opens in the right language on your next visit. It is used for nothing else and shared with no one.

On go.jntproductions.com, we sometimes try a few versions of the questionnaire to see which one is clearest. A cookie named jnt_quiz keeps the version you were shown for 30 days, a single letter picked at random, so you see the same one on your next visit. It is not used to track you or for advertising, and your browser sends it only to go.jntproductions.com. If you send the form, the version you saw is recorded with your answers, so we know which version brought you; it then follows the same path as your answers (see "Sharing your information"). You can delete this cookie in your browser; you may then see a different version.

We are also trying two ways of presenting our video on go.jntproductions.com: a cookie named jnt_vsl keeps the way you were shown for 30 days. It holds two letters picked at random, is not used to track you or for advertising, and your browser sends it only to that site. On the jntproductions.com home page, the video is now offered to everyone in the Approche section: the jnt_vsl_site cookie, which kept the version shown there, has not been set since October 30, 2026. We count, with nothing that identifies you, how many visitors see each version, start the video, how far they watch and how many open the form. You can delete these cookies in your browser.

You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time with "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the page: the Google Analytics, Meta and OpenAI cookies are then erased on the domain where you make that choice. Because the form lives on go.jntproductions.com, you may need to make the choice again on that subdomain. The site remains fully usable without them. JNT Productions (9451-1938 Québec Inc.) is the only company with access to these statistics.

What we send when you fill out our form

When you leave us your contact details on go.jntproductions.com, your request comes to us. The ad platform that brought you here (Meta or OpenAI) is told about it only if you answered “Yes” to the question we ask right after you send it, or accepted cookies in the banner. That question is only asked if you have not answered the banner yet: if you declined it, we do not ask again. Answering “No” to it counts as declining cookies in the banner, which will no longer be shown to you. Without consent, nothing about your request is sent to them.

With your consent, our server sends these signals for one reason only: so the platform can measure and improve its ads. Only the platform whose ad brought you here receives them.

• Meta learns, once your complete request is sent and your consent given, that it came in. If your answers show strong potential (for example, a client who brings you $5,000 or more), that signal also says your request is qualified, without your answers. It carries your ad click ID (and the _fbp cookie, if you accepted it), your email and phone number and the ID of your file with us, the last three turned into code (hashed). After our call, Meta also receives the outcome: qualified project, not serious, missed the appointment, lost, or no real potential, plus your name, hashed. That outcome is sent even if your number could not be verified. Hashed means Meta does not receive this information in plain text: it compares the code with the ones it already knows, to recognize you.
• OpenAI receives, once your complete request is sent and your consent given, a lead_created event with a unique identifier and, when known, your ChatGPT ad click ID (and the __obref cookie, if you accepted it). It does not receive the outcome of the call. If you also accepted cookies, the pixel may normalize and hash supported contact details entered in the form, in your browser, to match the request to the click.

Meta and OpenAI are based in the United States, so these signals are communicated outside Québec.

Your consent lasts 180 days; after that, nothing more is sent. You can withdraw it sooner, at any time, with "Cookie preferences" then "Decline" at the bottom of go.jntproductions.com, in the browser where you filled out the form. Otherwise, email us at officialjntproductions@gmail.com.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (hosting, CRM), solely to serve you and under a confidentiality agreement. Only with your consent, some information is also communicated to Meta or OpenAI so the platform can measure and improve its ads (see "What we send when you fill out our form"). We may also disclose it where the law requires it.
