JNT Suivi
JNT Suivi is the client follow-up app built by JNT Productions. A small service business keeps its incoming requests, texts, calls, emails and calendar in one place, and every request keeps an owner and a callback time.
What the app does
- It files each new request in a pipeline, with the person who has to call back and when.
- It gathers a client's conversations: texts, recorded calls, emails and notes.
- It keeps the team calendar: appointments, reminders, and who is available.
The Google Calendar connection
Each person can choose to connect their Google account to their JNT Suivi calendar. They press "Add a Google account", pick their account and accept Google's screen. From then on, their Google calendars show in their JNT Suivi calendar, and an appointment they create in JNT Suivi is added to their Google Calendar. Both stay up to date about every minute.
Other team members only see "Busy" at those times, unless the person chooses to share the titles of a calendar. They can disconnect their account at any time, from JNT Suivi or from their Google account.
Who uses it
JNT Suivi is used by the JNT Productions team and by client businesses for which JNT Productions opens a workspace. Each business has its own workspace, kept apart from the others. Accounts are created by JNT Productions, and people sign in at crm.jntproductions.com.
